1. No Data Collection

Presenc AI Audit is a 100% local browser extension. All audits are performed entirely within your browser. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any of your browsing data, page content, or personal information.

2. No Server Communication

The extension makes zero external API calls. All analysis — including scoring across 27 AI readiness metrics — runs locally using JavaScript and browser APIs.

3. Local Storage Only

Audit results may be stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage or IndexedDB to support features like:

• Historical score tracking
• Site-wide audit history
• Impact simulator state
• User preferences

This storage is client-side only and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings or by uninstalling the extension.

4. Third-Party Libraries

The extension uses vanilla JavaScript with no external frameworks or third-party libraries. All analysis logic is built in-house and runs entirely locally.

5. Permissions Used

• activeTab — To access and analyze the content of the page you are currently viewing
• storage — To save audit results and preferences locally in your browser
• sidePanel — To display the site-wide audit dashboard alongside your browsing
• host permissions — To allow auditing on any website you choose to analyze

All permissions are used exclusively for local analysis. No data is transmitted externally.
