Number Two — Poop Tracker is an offline bowel health tracker. It is built so that everything you record stays on your device. This policy explains, plainly, what that means, and what the one third-party service in the app does.
The following are stored only in Number Two's private storage on your device, in a local database and settings file:
None of this is sent anywhere. It leaves your device only if you export it yourself, or if you back up your device through your own tools. Uninstalling the app removes it.
Number Two does not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, health data, or usage analytics. We operate no server, so there is nowhere for your health information to be sent even if we wanted it.
The app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service operated by Google LLC. This is the only part of the app that uses the network, and the only third-party service it includes.
To serve advertisements, Google AdMob may collect:
AdMob never receives your health logs. It has no access to the app's stored data. You can limit ad personalisation on Android under Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation, and you can reset your advertising identifier there at any time. Google's handling of this data is covered by Google's Privacy Policy and How Google Uses Information from Sites or Apps.
The app can generate PDF reports to share with a healthcare provider, and can export your data in standard formats. This happens on your device, at your request.
Once you export or share a file, it is outside the app and outside our control. We cannot tell where it goes or protect it afterwards, so please be careful where you send health information.
Your data stays in the app's private storage, protected by your device's own security — your PIN, passcode, or fingerprint. Because there is no cloud sync and no account, there are no credentials to steal and no server for anyone to breach.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. A parent or guardian may use the app to track a child's health, in which case that adult is responsible for the data they record.
You hold all of your data directly. You can view it in the app, export it at any time, delete individual logs or every log from the app's settings, and remove everything by uninstalling. Since there is no account, there is no account data for us to hold or for you to request.
Number Two is for personal health tracking only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and its scores and detected patterns are not a clinical assessment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical concerns.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new date above. Any change that would affect data handling would be described here before it took effect.
