MyBuildCost is a house-construction expense tracker, developed and published by Futigo (“we”, “us”, “our”). Your data stays on your device. We do not collect it, we cannot see it, and it is never sent to us or to any third-party server by the app.
MyBuildCost lets you record information to manage your construction spending, such as:
This information is saved in a private database on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else. We have no access to it.
None. MyBuildCost does not collect analytics, usage statistics, advertising identifiers, location, or any personal or financial data. The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking software.
MyBuildCost only requests permissions when you use the related feature:
The optional one-time MyBuildCost Pro upgrade is sold through Google Play Billing. Your payment is processed entirely by Google — the app never sees or stores your payment-card or billing details. Google’s handling of that transaction is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. The app only stores, locally, a simple flag recording whether Pro has been unlocked.
You can export your data to a backup file (JSON) from within the app. This file is created on your device. If you then choose to share that file — or a report — the data goes only to the destination you pick (for example another app, email, or storage location) through your device’s standard share sheet. MyBuildCost does not send your backups anywhere on its own, and there is no automatic cloud backup.
Because your data never leaves your device through the app, it is protected by your device’s own security (screen lock, encryption, and app sandboxing). We recommend keeping a device lock enabled and storing any exported backup files somewhere safe, as those files contain your records in readable form.

MyBuildCost is a general-purpose finance/utility tool and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
The only third party involved is Google Play (for app distribution and, if you buy Pro, billing). No other third-party services, SDKs, ad networks, or analytics providers are used.
If this policy changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the revised policy at this URL. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
