Mithai Match-3 Privacy Policy

In short

We never receive anything about you. The only data that leaves the device is what Google's advertising SDK collects to show ads, and that data contains nothing from your game.

What stays on your phone

Everything Mithai Match-3 remembers is kept in one small file in the app's private storage on your device:

• Your progress: the levels you have opened and the stars you earned, the Diwali Special levels, your shop upgrades, the stories you have seen, the boosters you hold and your daily-box streak
• Settings: music, sound, vibration and language
• Small things the game needs: how many times you have played and how many plays since the last ad, so the ad rules below work

None of this is sent to us or to anyone else by the app. The game makes no network request of its own, and plays without a network.

No cloud backup. Mithai Match-3 does not take part in Android's backup, so your progress is not copied to your Google account. If you uninstall the app or move to a new phone, your progress starts again.

Advertising

Mithai Match-3 is free and is paid for by ads. They never appear in the middle of a move:

• A full-screen ad between levels, when you go on from the win or lose card: never in your first five plays, at most once every third play after that, and never twice within two minutes
• A rewarded ad, only if you choose it: "+5 moves" when you have nearly won, or one more booster when you have none left
• A small banner at the bottom of the screen while you play a level (from level 3), in its own strip below the board, never over the game or next to its buttons; it is hidden on the home screen, the map, the stories and every menu

Ads are served by Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. The app asks only for ads suitable for a general audience (rated G), and passes nothing about your game to the ads SDK. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the SDK collects and sends to Google:

• Device identifiers: your Android advertising ID and app set ID
• Approximate location, derived from your IP address
• Ad interactions, for example which ads were shown and whether they were tapped, and app launches
• Diagnostics: crash logs and performance information about the ads SDK

This data goes to Google, not to us, and is handled under Google's Privacy Policy. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Consent. Where the law requires it, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent using Google's consent message before any ad is requested. You can change your choice later: tap "Privacy choices" on the title screen.

Your controls. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your phone's settings, under Google, then Ads.

Sharing

The WhatsApp button on the win card opens WhatsApp with a short message you can edit or cancel (your level, your stars and a link to the game). Nothing is sent unless you send it yourself in WhatsApp.

Permissions

Mithai Match-3 does not ask for camera, storage, photos, location, contacts, microphone, notifications, phone or SMS permission.

Purchases

Mithai Match-3 has no purchases. Boosters and stars are earned in the game, never sold.

Deleting your data

• Uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android settings, to remove everything it stored
• Reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's Google settings to break the link with past ad data

There is nothing to request from us, because we hold nothing.

Children

Mithai Match-3 is made for teens and adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Ads are limited to those rated for a general audience.
